Refocus on the Mission

The AMP Summit invites leaders to pause, realign, and return to the heart of ministry. Through four interconnected tracks, participants journey from refocusing the leader, to understanding those they serve, to equipping their ministry with practical tools, and finally to creating safe, mission‑centered environments where every child/youth can grow, belong, and thrive. Each track builds on the next, forming a complete pathway toward mission‑driven leadership.

The workshops are the heartbeat of the Summit. They form a progressive journey that ensures leaders leave not only inspired, but equipped to lead with clarity, purpose, and lasting influence.

Spiritual Identity & Discipleship

Build the leader before building the ministry.

The mission flows through the leader. This track strengthens spiritual identity and equips leaders to grow, lead, and guide others with clarity and purpose. It moves from personal transformation to practical leadership, ensuring that every decision and action aligns with the mission.

Practical Tools for Impact

Use the right tools to serve the mission effectively.

Refocusing on the mission also means equipping leaders with practical tools that simplify work and increase impact. This track is hands‑on, moving from foundational tools to advanced applications that enhance engagement, organization, and outreach.

Inclusive & Transformational Ministry

See people the way the mission sees them

The mission is people. This track equips leaders to understand, support, and include every individual they serve. It builds awareness first, then equips leaders to respond with compassion, wisdom, and intentional care.

Refocus on Creating Safe Spaces for All

The mission grows where people feel safe.

Safety is foundational to mission impact. This track equips leaders to proactively create environments where every participant feels physically, emotionally, and digitally secure. It moves from awareness to implementation, ensuring ministries are both protective and empowering.
